We all do. We all want to help our students develop more self-awareness, achieve their goals, create meaningful relationships, experience a more vibrant spiritual life, and make their impact on the world.

In essence, we want our students to develop self-mastery, which is when they have a clear understanding of:

1. Who they are

2. What they're trying to accomplish with their lives

3. A clear and strategic plan for how to make their goals a reality

But what holds them back?

What stops them from living their greatest lives?

For some, it's self-doubt and limiting thoughts.

For others, it's the wrong relationships and environment, with too much negativity in their lives.

Many don't have mastery over their mind, emotions, and psychology.

But most importantly, the majority of people don't have an organized system for success.

That's why I created this course.

To give our students everything they need, in one place.

My name is Rabbi Shmuel Reichman, and I have spent my life researching psychology, spirituality, philosophy, and leadership, and have been blessed to become a popular speaker, author, coach, and educator.

I obtained my Bachelors and Masters degrees in Jewish Philosophy from Yeshiva University, and am currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Chicago while simultaneously completing my rabbinical studies at the Rabbi Isaac Elchanan Theological Seminary (RIETS) and a Masters in Education from the Azrieli School of Education. 

I also hold a coaching certification from Robbins-Madanes Training, having received training from Tony Robbins and Cloe Madanes, world leaders in positive psychology.

I created this course to give our students the strategies, principles, and ideas that will help them achieve their greatness.

1- Teacher-Guided Model

Each week, there will be 45 minutes of video.

In the teacher-guided model, the teacher will show the videos in class once a week and have the students fill out the worksheets.

The teacher can then lead a guided discussion based on the videos at the end of that class, or a separate class each week can be devoted to class discussion.

2- Class Discussion Model

In this model, the videos will be watched at home by the students, and the teacher will lead a class discussion once a week. Our advanced system can monitor whether the students have watched the videos and how much of each video they've watched, so the teacher will know whether students properly participated.

There is a discussion board on each video, so the teacher can assign students to answer questions on the discussion board.

3- Incentivized/Extra Curricular Model

In this model, the students watch the course at home, on their own, without a teacher to lead the class. The students are incentivized to finish the course, and our system will be able to monitor whether or not they completed the course.
